As an accomplished Executive Chef, restaurant consultant, and catering specialist, Dan has led high-end kitchens, crafted unique menus, and delivered unforgettable dining experiences across the country.

His career spans roles as an Executive Chef at renowned restaurants, a consultant helping businesses refine their menus and operations, and a leader in large-scale catering events. His expertise in blending tradition with bold, fresh flavors makes Fork in the Road a must-visit for food lovers.

When he's not in the kitchen, Dan enjoys giving back to the community, serving as the Lead Chef for St. Susanna’s annual fish fry and mentoring the next generation of chefs.
